We are committed to ensuring that your experience with our products — including blind box collectibles and display cases — is enjoyable and stress-free. In the event that you need to cancel an order, or return an item, this policy outlines the procedures and requirements for cancellation, return, and refund eligibility.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours from the time the order was placed.

  • Subject: Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]
  • Please include your full name, order number, and a brief reason for cancellation

If the cancellation request is received within 12 hours and the order has not been packed or dispatched, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.

Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may request a return within 30 days upon receiving the product.

3. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Eligible Items for Return

Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Item is in its original condition, unopened (for blind boxes), unused, and undamaged
  • Includes original packaging, box, and any inserts or accessories
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation)

For Blind Box Items
Due to the collectible nature of blind boxes, we only accept returns for:

  • Factory defects (e.g., broken, missing parts)
  • Incorrect item sent
  • Significant damage during shipping (with photographic proof)

For Display Cases/Cabinets
We accept returns for:

  • Items damaged during transit (with photo proof)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received

3.2 Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Products not returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Blind boxes that have been opened
  • Items showing signs of use, tampering, or intentional damage
  • Returns without prior approval or missing original components

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email quantas_leap@outlook.com with:
    • Subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number]
    • Your full name and contact number
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Attach photos of the item and packaging (especially if damaged)
  2. Wait for our team to review your request and respond within 2-3 working days with the return instructions.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status and process your refund if approved.

5. Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take between 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will be notified by email once your refund has been successfully processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.

7. Important Notes

  • All return requests must be submitted by email and approved before returning the item.
  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid further damage.
  • For blind boxes, please note that designs are randomly packed and requests for returns based on character preference will not be accepted.
